Claret School of Quezon City (CSQC) has launched its latest technological advancement: the integration of blockchain technology for issuing and verifying important documents.

This technology ensures that CSQC-issued official documents are immutable, tamper-proof, and verifiable, utilizing cryptographic protections to guarantee their security. Recipients can easily share issued files with any third party, who will be able to verify their authenticity by simply scanning the QR code on the document, making the process of document verification more convenient than ever.

Furthermore, these documents are saved in a personal Credential Wallet powered by FilPass for future use and sharing, along with other important school documents. A FilPass Digital Identity Card will also be issued, allowing recipients to enjoy various benefits from FilPass merchant partners.

CSQC has joined forces with other institutions and organizations from Singapore and the Philippines in a noble initiative to issue digital credentials for courses and certification programs. Guided by a commitment to a more secure digital world, this initiative showcases our dedication to staying at the forefront of technological innovation.

Moreover, this initiative aligns with the school’s RED GOES GREEN Program, which aims to respond to the call of Laudato Si by reducing carbon emissions, promoting paperless transactions, and engaging in other efforts to care for and save Mother Earth. This commitment to environmental responsibility is not just a program, but a source of inspiration for all of us to contribute to a sustainable future.

CSQC is not only enhancing the security and efficiency of its document management but also investing in a forward-thinking approach to education and environmental responsibility. This bold step forward reaffirms CSQC’s mission to provide Catholic Claretian education while working towards a sustainable future for all, a mission that we all are part of and can contribute to. #ScientiaMaximeCumVirtute
