Enrolment Schedule for SY 2024-2025

PREPARATIONS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025 ARE ONGOING. Hence, STUDENT SLOT RESERVATION CAN BE DONE VIA SCHOOL AIDE FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE BELOW. STUDENT SLOT RESERVATION WILL RUN FROM MARCH 13 TO APRIL 12, 2023. 

  1. Log in to https://schoolaide.claretschool.edu.ph/ 
  2. Choose SY 2024-2025. 
  3. Click RESERVE NOW. 
  4. Update personal information, then click SAVE AND SUBMIT. 
  5. Once submitted, proceed to PAYMENTS for instructions on online payment. 

The reservation fee of three thousand pesos (Php3,000.00) is deductible from the tuition fee. Official Receipt for online payments will be uploaded to the student’s School Aide account after three (3) working days from the date of payment. 

Onsite payments are only accepted after making the reservation in School Aide. The school cashier’s counter is open Mon-Fri at 8:00-11:30 A.M. and 12:30-3:30 P.M. (closed on March 27-28, April 9-10, 2024). Cash, check, and credit card (Visa/Mastercard) payments are accepted.

May 14-17 Early Enrolment (all levels) 
May 20-21 JN, SN, K, and Grade 1 
May 22-23 Grades 7 and 11 
May 24-25 Grades 2, 3, and 4 
May 27-28 Grades 5, 6, and 8 
May 29-30 Grades 9 and 10 
May 31 Grade 12 
June 1-7 Late Enrolment 
June 8 Last Day of Enrolment Period 
 

TIME SCHEDULE OF ONSITE ENROLMENT 

Weekdays 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. 
Saturdays 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon 

Further, please be informed that the scheduled start of classes for SY 2024-2025 will be on July 15, 2024.
