Antonio Javier O. Bagalacsa of Grade 5- Elijah won First Place in the Super AI Category and Third Place in the Freestyle Category-Innovation Project, Closet Mate powered by Bihis App, which ranked Top 4 in the over-all ranking of the Freestyle Category in all ages in the 13th Robotics International Championship last May 15-17, 2025, held at the University of Oradea, Oradea, Romania.

Antonio Javier O. Bagalacsa is one of the Filipino students emerged among the participants around the world bringing home multiple awards in various categories demonstrating excellence in innovation, programming, and robotics design.

He is one of the members of the Philippine Team who proudly made its mark on the global stage showing a powerful performance in the prestigious event organized by Erovoutika Electronics Robotics Automation.

 

 

This outstanding performance showcases the Philippines’ growing strength in STEM and robotics education. The event gathered young innovators from various nations, offering a platform to share technological knowledge, promote creativity, and foster international collaboration.

 The Super AI Category (Line following using ZMROBO & UBtech) is an artificial intelligence challenge with fundamental principle of line following competition involving ZMrobo and UBTech robots. It adheres to standard construction methods designed for robotics enthusiasts aiming to compete with other participants.

The Freestyle Category is a category for innovators, inventors, and entrepreneurs to showcase project and creation using programmed electronic and mechanical robot with any function relevant to the theme.
