1. Log in to https://schoolaide.claretschool.edu.ph/
    1. If OLD STUDENT, click “Continue with Microsoft” to log in using the Student Microsoft Account. 
    2. If NEW STUDENT, please log in with the email address and password you created.
  2. Choose SY 2025-2026 then click “Enroll Now.” 
  3. Please check if STUDENT INFORMATION is complete and updated.
    For incoming Grade 11 students, please make sure the STRAND is correct.
  4. After ATTESTATION is complete, go to the PAYMENTS section and select your desired payment schedule.
  5. Settle the amount online or through the school cashier. 

Note: 

  1. The amount posted in School Aide is based on the full tuition without Reservation Fee. Official Receipts (O.R.) for online payments will be uploaded to your School Aide account after 3-5 working days from the date of payment.
  2. The updated Schedule of Fees/Assessment is available at the school website under Admissions > Assessment SY2025-2026, while the list of textbooks is available under Admissions >Textbooks SY 2025-2026.  
  3. The Registrar's Office and School Cashier are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Saturday transactions will begin on June 7, 2025 from 8:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.

FOR NEW STUDENTS 

The Registrar's Office has accepted the temporary collection of scanned documents during application, but students are only considered conditionally admitted until complete and original admission credentials are submitted.  

The following documents are required upon enrollment: 

  • Original Copy of the Birth Certificate (hardcopy issued by PSA)  
  • Copy of the Baptismal Certificate/Certificate of Dedication 
  • For Grade 1 and up, original hardcopy SY 2024-2025 Report Card signed by the School Principal 
  • For Grade 7, completed ESC application form with signatures and supporting documents (you may request the application form at the Registrar's Office.) 
  • For Grade 8 and up, ESC certificate if ESC grantee at previous school 
  • For Grade 11 (non-ESC grantees), QVA certificate (please visit https://ovap.peac.org.ph/ for details on the DepEd SHS Voucher Program) 

 For non-ESC grantees from Grades 8 to 10, you may also submit the completed ESC application form with signatures and supporting documents in case DepEd opens ESC subsidy applications for higher levels.
