On March 28, 2026, the members of CSQC Alumni Association scheduled the selection of nine (9) among the nominees for the new Alumni Association Executive Board (AAEB) for the next three school years (2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029). The activity began with a eucharistic celebration presided over by Fr. Victor F. Sadaya, CMF, PhD, the School Director at the Heart of Mary Chapel. The attendees include the past members of the AAEB and some members of the CSQC personnel who will assist in the selection process.

The selection proper held through secret ballot voting started after the mass and ended at one o’clock in the afternoon. This was followed by the canvassing of votes.  The top 9 who received the highest votes were declared as the candidates for the various positions to compose the next Alumni Association Executive Board.

The election proper was held on April 18,2026. Before the event, a eucharistic celebration was also held at the school chapel and presided over by Fr. Anthony Le Duc Tho. After the mass, Fr. Tho blessed the members of the next Alumni Association Executive Board reminding them to remain Claretians even within their families, workplaces, and in the communities where they belong.
