Senior high school students were recognized for their outstanding performance in their respective clubs and organizations during the SHS Club and Organization Awards Day, held on April 24 at the Gallardo Hall.
The Gr. 7-12 Musicfest 2025 finalists were also given certificates, and the winners were awarded: Xandria Macie Esguerra (Champion, Solo Category) and 504 (2nd Runner-up, Band Category).
Students who are part of extracurricular organizations including the Central Board of Students, Tanglaw ng Claret, Claret Vocal Ensemble, and Claretian Liturgical Team, and members of the Academic Program of Excellence (APE) in Robotics, Math, Science, and English, and sports varsity teams in basketball, football, and volleyball, were also awarded certificates of membership.
Students who brought honor to the school were also recognized for representing Claret in various off-campus competitions. These include APE English members for winning in the recent Novus Case Competition 2025 Spoken Word Poetry Contest, select ABM Students who participated in the Ateneo Corporate Sustainability Conference 2024, Basic Economics Conference (BeCon) Series 2025, and the Development Economics Conference of the Ateneo 2025. In the field of sports, the Claret Red Roosters were recognized for securing 3rd Runner-up in the Rizal Football Association (RIFA) 1st Phase – First Division High School Open, while the Claret Volleyball Team was honored for clinching the Championship Title in the Athletic Association of Private Schools (AAPS) Quezon City District 4 High School Open Volleyball Tournament.
Performances by students enlivened the event such as the song rendition by Joaquin Tomas Flores and Francisco Angelo Estrella, and Rayjohn Raphael Oflaria’s spoken word poetry, New Me, Beautified, which won 1st place in the Novus Case Competition - Spoken Word Poetry contest 2025. Finally, the Best in Club was awarded to members who performed excellently in their respective clubs.
