The Claret Red Roosters secured the school's first volleyball championship in recent history by defeating Trinity University of Asia in straight sets: 25-11, 25-20, and 25-24 at yesterday's (March 20) Athletic Association of Private Schools (AAPS) QC District 4 High School Open Volleyball Championship held at the impressive Claret School Gym. Kyle Nathan Carpio was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.

The Claret School administration would like to express gratitude to the legendary coach Mel Fortin, the championship architect for the nearby Holy Family School in the AAPS league. Coach Fortin's legacy extends beyond victories; he has developed numerous talented players who have successfully transitioned to collegiate athletics.

Currently, Claret is also preparing for the PAYA HS Volleyball semifinals scheduled for this weekend. Vamos Claret! #ScientiaMaximeCumVirtute
