Warm greetings of peace and joy!
It is with great honor and heartfelt enthusiasm that I address you as the new School Director of Claret School. On behalf of the Claretian Missionaries of the Fr. Rhoel Gallardo Province, the Board of Trustees of Claret School of Quezon City, and the Administrative Council, now known as the Education Mission Team, I warmly welcome each and every one of you.
To former School Director, Fr. Mauricio Ulep, CMF and His Administrative Council, thank you for your years of dedicated service particularly during the critical period of Pandemic.
To our long-standing members of the Claretian family, thank you for your endurance, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to upholding the vision, mission, and values of our beloved institution. Your steadfastness continues to inspire.
To those who are new to our Claretian community, welcome home! We are thrilled to have you join us and eagerly anticipate the contributions you will be sharing to advance excellence in teaching and learning. May your presence leave a lasting impact and enrich the vibrant mission of our school.
On June 10, the Education Mission Team began a meaningful conversation with our middle administrators, guided by the spirit of synodality. This dialogue sought to strengthen mutual understanding, deepen relationships, and align our shared goals. As we move forward, we are committed to extending these conversations across all departments, cultivating a culture grounded in compassion, mutual respect, and a genuine sense of belonging where everyone is seen, heard, and valued.
Let us be reminded that we are here not solely for our students, but, to build a mission-driven community rooted in the teachings of Jesus and the legacy of St. Anthony Mary Claret. We are called not only to proclaim the Gospel but to listen deeply to it, be transformed by it, and become living witnesses/bearers of hope and inspiration to one another, to our students, and to their families.
In striving for excellence, let us reject divisive competition. Instead, let us celebrate our differences, embrace complementarity, and uplift one another as we walk together toward a shared purpose.
May our community be a sanctuary of peace, joy, and authentic connection. Let our relationships be life-giving, rooted in trust, and marked by mutual growth.
As we approach our upcoming team-building and retreat, may this be a sacred time of reflection, healing, and renewal. May it offer us the grace to close old chapters with forgiveness and open new ones with gratitude, hope, and courage.
Your Education Mission Team remains steadfast in its commitment to unity and purpose, faithfully journeying toward Claret School’s enduring vision of academic excellence anchored in Christian values, always guided by the timeless truth: “Knowledge is best when guided by virtue.” And let us together create milestones that would open doors to new opportunities relevant to the changing landscape of basic education.
Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you all at the team building activity and retreat.
May God bless us all abundantly.
