Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the Kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Lord, our God, we gather in this Moving Up Ceremony to celebrate the gifts you have bestowed upon these Your Claretian children in the Nursery and Kindergarten Levels. We thank you for blessing them with gifts and talents that helped them grow in knowledge that is best with virtue.

Look with kindness on these young Claretians whom the faith of the Church commends to Your tender care. Your Son, born of the Virgin Mary, gladly welcomed little children. He took them in His arms, blessed them, and held them up as an example for all.

We pray that You, Father, will also send Your blessing on them so that they may grow in Christian maturity and by the power of the Holy Spirit, become rooted in Christ and thereby become zealous witnesses of Christ with burning love.

As we continue to accompany them, grant them the grace they need so that they may discover You more in their learning journey and face tomorrow with joy and confidence. Bless their parents and their families, so that journeying with them in life, they may live in the spirit of synodality and become agents of communio in our world.

We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, God forever and ever. Amen.
