The leadership of Claret School of Quezon City (CSQC) convened for its Strategic Planning 2026 from February 3 to 5, 2026, at The Linden Hotel, Pasig City, bringing together 24 key personnel composed of top and middle administrators. The three-day planning session aimed to strengthen institutional alignment, enhance academic and administrative operations, and reaffirm the school’s mission in response to emerging educational challenges.

The planning activity was spearheaded by the Strategic Planning Secretariat under the leadership of Mr. Rodelio T. Santos, Quality Assurance Officer. During the planning, the School Director, Fr. Victor F. Sadaya, CMF, PhD, emphasized the importance of forward-looking leadership and the cohesive execution of CSQC’s strategic priorities. The participants were guided by the school's commitment to mission-driven excellence and its responsibility to provide transformative education rooted in Claretian values.

Throughout the workshop, participants assessed ongoing programs, reviewed institutional performance, and engaged in collaborative discussions to refine CSQC’s long-term goals. Special focus was placed on academic innovation, mission integration, administrative efficiency, and strengthening student support services.
Pre-strategic planning also took place days before the official sessions, allowing administrators to analyze department-specific needs, identify areas for improvement, and propose concrete school improvement plans to enhance pedagogical and operational systems and ensure that the school remains responsive to evolving educational landscapes.

The event also served as a venue for strengthening camaraderie among leaders and building a unified roadmap for the next years of institutional development.
As CSQC moves forward with its strategic directions, the administration reiterates its commitment to forming mission-driven individuals who are excellent and virtuous, consistent with the Claretian educational mission.
The outputs of the three-day Strategic Planning will guide the school’s programs, policies, and priorities in the coming academic years. #ScientiaMaximeCumVirtute
