Security Guidelines and Protocols
58th CSQC Foundation Anniversary
October 22–25, 2025
In celebration of our 58th Foundation Anniversary, the school will welcome visitors, alumni, and guests for the Open House activities. To maintain safety and order throughout the celebration, the following Security Guidelines and Protocols shall be strictly observed:
- Entry and Exit Points
- Gate 2 is designated as the main entry and exit point for all visitors and guests (non-parents/guardians, alumni, friends, or external visitors).
- Gate 1 is for concessionaires’ entry (3:00–6:00 A.M. only), and Gate 4 and 5 shall remain exclusive for students, personnel, and parents/guardians during regular class hours. Gate 9 is exclusive for school bus riders and personnel entry and exit.
- Parents and guardians entering through other gates will only be allowed after verification by the security guard and confirmation that their child is wearing a valid school ID.
- Concessionaires will not be allowed to do ingress beyond 6:00 A.M. and will only be allowed to do egress at 5:00 P.M. onwards.
- Identification Requirement
- The No ID, No Entry policy will be strictly implemented. Visitors without valid IDs will not be allowed entry.
- Visitors must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID) upon entry which will be exchanged for a visitor control number slip.
- Visitors must keep the control slip while inside the campus and return it to the guard upon exit to retrieve their ID.
- Visitor Registration and Logging
- An electronic and manual logging system will be available at Gate 2.
- QR codes will be distributed to students and parents before the event to allow pre-registration and faster entry.
- Visitors who pre-register online using the QR code may proceed to the “Fast Lane” counter for verification and control slip issuance.
- Manual registration remains available for walk-in guests.
- Visitor Pass and Access Control
- The issued control number will serve as a visitor’s pass upon entry.
- Visitor passes are non-transferable.
- Only visitors with valid passes are permitted to enter designated activity areas.
- Certain areas, such as the faculty rooms, student classrooms, offices (except for payments), and restricted zones shall remain off-limits to visitors unless authorized by the school administration.
- Elevator use is reserved for personnel only during the scheduled activities.
- Security Deployment and Patrol
- Additional security personnel will be deployed around Gate 2, the quadrangle, gymnasium, hallways, and parking areas.
- Roving guards will be assigned to monitor crowd movement, ensure safety, and prevent unauthorized access of school facilities.
- The Security Office will coordinate with the School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Team (DRRMT) for emergency readiness.
- A CCTV monitoring team shall be on active duty throughout the event period.
- Vehicle and Parking Management
- No parking inside the school campus.
- Park at the designated visitor parking area near Gate 2.
- Drop off and pickup zones must remain clear at all times.
- Guards will assist in directing vehicle flow to prevent congestion.
- Bag Inspection and Prohibited Items
- Everyone is subject to bag inspection at the gates.
- The following are strictly prohibited inside the campus:
- Weapons, sharp objects, and bottles
- Alcoholic beverages and illegal substances
- Large sound systems, fireworks, or similar devices
- Persons under the influence of liquor or illegal substances are strictly prohibited from entering the school premises.
- Any suspicious item or activity shall be immediately reported to the Security Office.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the Gallardo Hall.
- Emergency and Safety Measures
- During the fiesta celebration, students shall bring only small bags instead of their regular school bags.
- To facilitate a faster entry process, the use of transparent bags is highly recommended.
- The receiving counter at Gate 2 will serve as the official Information Desk for the duration of the activity. Visitors may also ask for assistance from standby guards.
- Emergency exits shall be clearly marked and accessible.
- The School Clinic and DRRMT will be on standby for medical assistance.
- In case of emergencies, visitors must follow the instructions of security personnel and marshals. The football turf shall serve as the designated evacuation area.
- Lost and found items must be surrendered to the Security Desk at Gate 2.
- Coordination and Communication
- All offices and event committees must coordinate guest lists or special visitors with the Security Commanding Officer at least one day before the scheduled visit.
- Event coordinators and homeroom advisers must inform students and parents of these guidelines ahead of time.
- Announcements will be made via the school’s official social media pages and internal communication channels.
- Post-Event Security
- After each day’s event, security personnel shall conduct a perimeter check to ensure all visitors have exited.
- CCTV footage will be reviewed for incident documentation and monitoring purposes.
