The CSQC Alumni Batch’93GS/’97HS capped their Silver Jubilee celebration by hosting a Pagbabalik event with former teachers, administrators and non-teaching personnel last October 22, 2022.

The afternoon affair started with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist presided by Fr. Mauricio Ulep, CMF at the IHMP church. Before the final blessing, Fr. Mau presented a Testament of Recognition to the batch for their unwavering commitment and generous solidarity to the Claretian Mission of the Fr. Rhoel Gallardo Province.

After the mass, the batch hosted a dinner at the School Auditorium. The program commenced with the welcome remarks from the School Director and the President of the Batch, Mr. Paolo Zamora. Former teachers from Grade School and High School took turns in giving inspirational messages. Members of former administrators and support staff were also invited to give short messages and greetings for the batch.

The highlight of the evening’s event was the presentation of two projects from the batch--first is the handing over of the flagpole project which is due for completion by November. The project is dedicated as a symbol of gratitude to former teachers, administrators and support staff whom the members of the batch encountered during their stay at CSQC.

The second project was the launching of Batch’93GS and ‘97HS Scholarship Fund named as Claretiano para sa mga Isko ni Gallardo, a scholarship campaign to support the college students under the Fr. Rhoel Gallardo Scholarship Foundation.

The batch showed gratitude to their guests through the conduct of raffle draw, gift-giving, ballroom dancing, serenade and giving of roses true to the Claretian Pasasalamat and Paalam style.

PAGBABALIK 2022 was indeed a fitting way to cap the five-year Going Back and Giving Back Program of the batch. It was also another testament of their being true Claretians imbued both with knowledge and virtue.
