Claret School of Quezon City welcomed 2019 with its first activity for the year, the Grade Five Level Family  Day. It was held last January 5 with the theme Five on Fire!

The day started with a Eucharistic celebration which was presided by Fr. Mauricio T. Ulep, CMF, the  School Director. In his homily, Fr. Mau emphasized the importance of family and the value of time in keeping the family together. Mr. Danilo V. Lemi gave the opening remarks during which he thanked the parents for their continuous support in the academic and non-academic undertakings of their sons. During the program, there were games, intermission numbers and raffle draws.

The intermission numbers showcased the talents of the students in dancing, performing magic tricks and music. The parents actively participated during the games. The event ended with an agape in each section’s respective classroom.

It was indeed a fun-filled day which was fired up by the successful collaboration between the school and the home- the school which was represented by Mrs. Almyra T. Aguirre, the Grade Five Level Leader and the parents who were represented by Mrs. Aileen O Airas-Sotto, the Grade Five Level PTA President.
