As the yearlong celebration of Claret School of Quezon City’s Golden Jubilee came to its conclusion, the institution found it fitting to recap the first 50 years of CSQC through an original musical play entitled Saluysoy.

Saluysoy, directed by Mr. Leonard F. Sapuay, aimed to show the history and story of Claret School of Quezon City and the life of Claretians for the past 50 years through songs and dances. The show brought to the audience and made them understand the humble beginnings of Claret School and made them aware of the authentic Claretian identity.

The play also featured the unique contribution of the School in molding the heart, mind and soul of every Claretian in order to become an example of excellence in the service of   the Gospel to  others.

The original musical   play has become a venue to showcase the talents of Claretian students from the Child Study Center,  Grade School and High School Units, administrators, teachers and other school personnel who also dedicated their time during the preparations for   the play. It was indeed a fruit of the collaborative efforts of those who were   actively involved and those who worked silently behind the scene.

Like  ripples  on the ocean, Claret School of Quezon City will continue to ride and dance with the waves of time, continuing the legacy of Claretian Education, always afire with the mission in the service of the Gospel ,  50 years and beyond.
