Last October 24, 2018, on the Feast of our Patron Saint, St. Anthony Mary Claret,  Claret School of Quezon City paid honor and tribute to outstanding principals who have served the school until their retirement.

The following honorees were welcomed by a rondalla upon arrival:

Mrs. Teresita M. Anastacio, Mrs. Evelyn B. Angeles Mrs. Carmelita C. Condecido—former principals from the Grade School Unit; Ms. Elma F. Pedregosa, Mrs. Zenaida DG. Dela Rosa (who was represented by her son) and Ms. Marie Elizabeth M. Ongsansoy-former principals from the High School Unit. A posthumous award was given to Dr. Elviro R. Fallorina, also a former high school principal.

During the program, a poem was read to each honoree with the attributes of a flower that reflect his/her individual qualities. Every honoree was also given a personalized plaque of appreciation recognizing his/her unique and significant contribution as partner in the continuing legacy of Claretian Education and mission.

Indeed, the program “SAMYO” was a fitting tribute to recognize the honorees’ significant contribution to the school community which will remain in the annals of the institution as a lasting fragrance that will permeate the heart of every Claretian student.
