During  the conclusion of the Golden Jubilee celebration of Claret School of Quezon City and on the feast of St. Anthony Mary Claret on October 24, 2018 the Papal Nuncio, His Excellency The Most Reverend Gabriele Caccia presided over the Thanksgiving Mass held at the school quadrangle at 7:50 in the morning.

During the homily, the Papal Nuncio engaged in dialogue with the community especially with the students and he emphasized the importance of God’s Spirit in our lives. According to the Papal Nuncio, we are to be empowered with the Holy Spirit by being “plugged-in to God through prayer “ which consequently bears fruits through good works. The Papal Nuncio was joined by Claretian missionaries led by the Provincial Superior Fr. Eduardo Apungan, CMF during the mass.

The whole school community had a great moment with the Papal Nuncio during the celebration. The Nuncio, himself, was gracious not only with his presence but with tokens of the Holy Father’s picture for all the students and copies of the Holy Father’s Apostolic Exhortation “Gaudete et Exsultate” for the priests.
