The Grade School Robotics Team of Claret School of Quezon City participated in the 6th Grace Junior Science & Technology –Robotics Inter-School Competition (G-STIC Jr.) sponsored by Grace Christian College. It was held in Quezon City last March 1, 2018. Three students from Grade 5 level joined the said competition. They are Justin Angelo L. Aquino, Jacob Christian D. Habon and Andres Matheo M. Obusan. Together with the team is their adviser, Ms. Marissa Rante. The team won as the First Runner-Up among the 11 participating schools composed mostly of Grade 6 students.

Aside from the competition, the one-day event also had seminars and workshops. The objective of the event is to inspire creativity, build self-confidence, encourage interaction, develop interest in science and provide hands-on practice in building, designing and programming robots.
